DevOps / Platform Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps / Platform Engineer to own and evolve the infrastructure that powers Endee Cloud, our managed vector database service. You will design for 99.99% uptime, build self-healing systems, and ensure that every deployment is fast, safe, and observable. This is a foundational role: the platform you build will directly determine how reliably thousands of developers can run AI workloads in production.

• Design, deploy, and manage production Kubernetes clusters across multiple availability zones
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, canary deployments, and rollback capabilities
• Implement comprehensive observability: metrics, distributed tracing, structured logging, and alerting
• Develop infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible for reproducible, auditable environments
• Lead incident response, conduct blameless post-mortems, and drive reliability improvements
• Optimize cloud infrastructure costs while maintaining performance and availability SLAs

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration at scale
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) including networking, storage, and IAM
• Strong experience with Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent IaC tools
• Solid scripting skills in Bash and Python for automation and tooling
• Understanding of database operations, backup strategies, and disaster recovery
